Offering and taking redos

Redos are not enforced by the team, save certain circumstances. Staff will not offer them, and this is a decision that most relies on the players.

By default, it is the winner's choice to grant a redo or not. Basically a courtesy from player to player.

If the winner denies it and there is no proof of a crash or hard lag, staff should not override them, even if the loss feels unfair.

When staff can intervene

Staff may enforce a redo (or an equivalent resolution below) when there is proof the losing player crashed or lagged hard.

Examples that can count as proof:

  • Confirmed disconnect / crash
  • Recording that shows they were unable to act for a large portion of the round
  • Other clear evidence they were not actually playing the round

How to resolve it

If a redo is actually warranted, players may solve between themselves, but staff may have to help in clearing battle temp and injures.

In case of a player who lost, ask for a redo, and they fight the 3 rounds again; the capture and injury of the losing player remains the same.

That is, if they rolled a perm in the first fight, they will keep the perm unless they win. If they were captured, they will remain captured if they lose, even if the rolls are different.
